If you use a blog to promote your business you’ve tapped into one of the most effective online marketing strategies available. Blogging lets you get in front of potential customers who may be interested in your brand that you can’t find through traditional marketing channels. Having a quality logo is just as important for your blog as it is on your main website. You should put your logo on your blog, as well as on any other online (or offline) assets and materials you use to promote your brand.
Take a look at any of the top brands in the world today, and you will quickly notice how important it is to uniquely brand yourself and stand out from the crowd. This is called “brand saturation” and means that people will be able to find your logo and branding in several different locations and platforms.
If your brand logo is not what you need it to be, you may want to consider using any of the professional design tools or services below. No matter if you already have a great logo design, or are simply looking to expand your collections of online designs and resources, check out our list of seven hand-selected design tools.
1. Tailor Brands
Putting the power of logo design and creativity into the hands of the end user is what Tailor Brands wanted to accomplish with their logo marker – and they did exactly that!
Tailor Brands is a logo maker that generates a variety of options based on your style and preferences. Users on the site can choose the ideal logo to represent their company’s personality and brand, while also playing with colors, styles, template designs, and much more. The end result is a design that is adaptable, powerful, and perfectly matches your company’s branding strategy.
What makes Tailor Brands’ logo maker unique is that it is powered through AI-technology and will provide users with a logo in as little as three minutes. Not only does this take the design aspect and technical skill out of the hands of the end user, it allows for virtually an unlimited amount of logo design drafts and creations to choose from. In addition to having access to such a powerful design platform, it won’t cost you a lot of money for an individual logo design either, as Tailor Brands has a low monthly platform usage rate, versus charging for just individual image/logo creation.
To get started with the process, all it takes is a quick submission of your logo design specs, and walking through their simple logo creation wizard. If you aren’t happy with any of the logo designs you’ve been provided with, start the process over again and try a few different icons, colors, templates or logo choices.
2. Logo Genie
If you want to try to design your logo, you can start with this nifty tool. Logo Genie allows you to start creating your logo instantly by putting in your company name and using their automated AI engine.
Once you put in your company name, you’ll be taken to the next screen which asks you to put in a bit more information about your business such as your industry type, your baseline, and other company details. Then you’ll be taken to a screen where you can select your logo, customize it to your liking, then preview and download it.
After you’ve completed all of these steps, you can download and use your logo wherever you want for multiple promotions and assets. Depending on the type of logo you would like to create an ultimate download and use, there are a few different pricing points to choose from. There is a sample pack with standard JPG, PNG, and PDF versions, while there are also upgrade options like vector formats, black and white formats, images for social media and more.
3. Graphic Springs
Graphic Springs is another smart AI maker that allows you to create your logo. This online logo maker allows you to input your essential information and they say on their site that you can create a logo in “one minute or less.”
This process is fast and straightforward, so some bloggers like to use something like this to try out a few looks to see what they might like. However, it is not recommended if you need a professional logo design. Logos that you do yourself online are often only customizable up to an absolute limit. You need professional designers to do that. However, this is a nifty and easy tool that you can use to get an idea of what you’d like to see on your logo. If you get a professional designer later, you could share this with them to show them your ideas.
4. Canva
If you’ve never heard of Canva, there are some reasons to check out this design tool. Whether you want to create your logo design for your blog or design a cool book cover for a book you’ve written, Canva has many great tools to check out. It’s free to try and they have plenty of complimentary images, clipart, and templates for you to choose from. There is also a wide selection of premium images that can be used for just 99 cents each. This is one of my favorite design tools that I use almost every day.
Check out this free online tool and see what you think. It will also let you get a feel for the logo design process so that you will see all of the elements you’ll need to have your logo designed later if you choose to hire a professional.
5. Pixlr
The common theme with many of the logo design creation tools we’ve highlighted so far is that there is no need to have any technical design skills. Pixlr is a browser-based application that runs off this same principle but is more advanced – almost like Adobe Photoshop, but without the cost. Should you already have a font, icon, and design in your head for what you would like to create, head over to the Pixlr Editor website and start creating away.
While this design tool is extremely advanced and capable of creating pretty much anything you can think of, it’s also simple enough to allow for easy logo design creation by uploading images, adding text, and then downloading your creation in any file format with a transparent background. This is also a good tool to use if you are trying to come up with a logo design draft that you would like to pass along to another designer.
6 . 99 Designs
The common theme about each of the logo design creation tools so far, was that they are mostly AI-powered and allow the end user to create their logo on their own. However, what if you need something more detailed and advanced? If that is the case, you might want to go with a custom designer and pay a higher premium.
Whether you are in need of a book cover or logo design, you’ll find 99 Designs offers quite a large variety of options. They have thousands of graphic designers and others ready to take on your projects. But you will just have to shop around until you find the one that will do the best job for you.
7. Fiverr
Last but not least, we have another creative design site that allows you to find an individual designer to get your more advanced logo and graphic design work completed. Fiverr.com is a micro-job site that allows users to hire freelancers from around the world, starting at just $5 per job.
The site has changed quite a bit over the past few years. They started out as a site that only featured beginning graphic designers and other creative artists. Now they have expanded into hundreds of different creative areas including writing, translation, game design, and more. Yes, you can find someone to do your professional logo design here as well. Just watch their feedback carefully.
You are allowed to get free revisions with most of the designers but check out their policies before getting started.
